Nevada is not a Nursing Licensure Compact State.

Prescriptive Authority in Nevada

Advanced Practice Registered Nurses may apply for prescriptive authority for Schedule II-V controlled substances. In order to prescribe Schedule II controlled substances. 2 years of physician supervision or 2000 prescribing this class within a collaboration agreement.

Nevada Nursing Licensure Renewal

License renewal is required through the Nevada State Board of Nursing every two years.
