Prescriptive Authority in Mississippi

Advanced Practice Registered Nurses may apply for prescriptive authority for Schedule II-V controlled substances in collaboration with a physician. Application requires a $100 Fee. Evidence of 720 hours of monitored practice is required for new applicants.
